"She" will never be Mom to your child.

Are you flipping blueberry pancakes? or are your kids popping poptarts this morning?
Are you out in the working world? or will you be staying home?
Are you in yoga pants? or are you wearing a dress?
Are you sitting in a beautiful home with hardwood floors? Or a tiny rental with linoleum tile?
Do you have wrinkles? Gray hair? A beautiful tan?
Are you fit and trim? Are you overweight?
Do you drive a 200 year old Suburban? (like me ;)

Do you know that your children don't care if you answered yes or no to any of the above questions?
Do you know that you are perfect to them just the way you are?
Do you know just as you love them unconditionally..they love you that very same way?

If you are feeling like you're not good enough. fun enough. smart enough. strong enough....You are!

Just as your child is a gift to you, YOU are a gift to your child!
It's an honor to be their parent...to be in the position you are in.

Your kids don't care if life looks like a "pinterest" board.
They just want you. your attention. your love.

God gave you to your children...He chose you for the most important role of their young life!

God knows you. He knows what you are capable of.
He knows the type of person you are and that's why He gave the child He did to you!

Not one of us will have a motherhood that looks like another.
I make peach butter...hmm..maybe that sounds fancy....
....but I bet you don't let laundry pile up in your basement like I do!
(it's getting taken care of today...really! I already have a load going)

We all have things we are good at or bad at...we all have our strong points, our weak points.
Don't compare. Don't compare yourself to another.

No matter how wonderful and talented and fabulous you think another woman is...
She will never be Mom to your child!

To your child...You are the talented, fabulous and wonderful one!

Give yourself grace. Embrace who you are. Be thankful for who God has created you to be.
....your child is thankful to have you.

And if you want a story that will break your heart...read about the man in the black shirt.
It's a three part story. Pretend you're reading in Chinese...Start with the third picture, go backwards.{sorry about it being so vulgar....but it's reality and it's what happens out there}
That man would have been better off with his dad that thought he wasn't good enough.

Now go LOVE those kids of yours!!!
XxOo
